Free 30 Minutes Consultation:
With every consultation comes a health & medical screening. This is imperative in order to determine the initial level of training. Blood pressure (BP) testing, body fat measurements, height & weight measures are all inclusive during this free session.

Home Visits:
Bringing the training to you. A popular way of receiving personal training. It is convenient and is not time consuming and can be very refreshing.

One-to-One Sessions:
The most common form of Personal training. We offer this service at your home, office, park, etc. Expert advice will be provided based on the information given from the initial free consultation and assessment. Bespoke workout routines will be delivered to meet your individual needs.

Group Sessions:
The most cost effective way to personal training. Whether it is 2, 3 or 4 individuals makes no difference. Group sessions are found to be a good way for people to save money and benefit from personal training. So if you fancy dragging your colleague, friend or partner into training here’s a good method.

 
Life Coaching:
Life Coaching is a holistic process which considers all aspects of the clients life.

Nutritional Analysis:
All clients upon request are assisted and properly counselled in nutritional related matters. Appropriate advice and steps are taken to ensure the client’s daily life is a healthy one.

GP/Physiotheraphy Referral:
We are proud to announce that our trainers have established links with noted physiotherapist across the city. Our main group of physiotherapist can be referred to on the Useful Links page.

Aide The Youth (ATY):
An initiative created by Personal Bests’ founder Terry. This particular programme is in its infants stage but is slowly gaining momentum amongst schools and centres to help our youths get focus on their future whether it be sport or academics.
